Suffern High School has a 7-person team of school counselors that devote their time making sure students get what they need when it comes to schedules, graduation and college prep. In honor of day three of National School Counseling Week, we bring you two of our counselors, Shelley Stephenson and Rob Schelling, who want students to know they are always there to help!
The #goals of our school counselors vary, but they always include helping students succeed and be the best version of themselves! Thanks to Sarah Kern and Meredith Reddy from Suffern High School for sharing their thoughts on Day 4 of the American School Counselor AssociationNational School Counseling Week.
Finishing up our celebration of the American School Counselor Association‘s National School Counseling Week are four counselors who know that working with students goes beyond helping them apply for college or supporting their academic needs. They are building better humans by listening, being present and caring about their well-being. Thanks to Suffern High School Counselors Anne Marie Casarella, Marissa Guijarro and Janet Leale as well as Suffern Middle School Counselor Cindy Roland Miller for always supporting our students’ needs. #MountiePride #SuffernCentral #NSCW19
