District News

During today’s Superintendent Conference Day our administrators, teachers, and staff participated in professional development learning opportunities that ranged from department-specific workshops to culturally responsive teaching and ENL 101.

In addition, all staff participated in the Active Shooter and Stop the Bleed training, led by the Town of Ramapo Police Department. This training was based on the “Avoid, Deny, Defend” program developed by the ALERRT Center at Texas State University and builds upon previous trainings the District has conducted.

Thank you to all our presenters and attendees for making today possible.
