School may be over, but we’d still like to showcase some of the amazing projects that occurred even through distance learning. Our project-based learning program, led by Ken Wojehowski, remained strong all through the spring and each teacher who participated pivoted their lessons to work with our distance learning. In the next few posts, we’ll highlight them each individually, starting with Cortney Malandra’s third grade class at Cherry Lane Elementary School.

Our third graders in Dr. Malandra’s class took virtual learning and “ran” with it creating a project focusing on making an exercise plan and staying healthy during quarantine both indoors and outside. As a culmination and celebration of the successful project, Dr. Malandra put together this short video. We hope you like it as much as we do! Great job to all involved! #MountiePride #SuffernCentral
