We believe that we can achieve our vision and accomplish our mission if, in all of our work, we strive to uphold the following core values:

Commitment - Dedicate oneself to academic, personal or community improvement with perseverance and passion.

Community - Placing an importance of the needs and wellbeing of our whole community, fostering a sense of belonging and shaping our culture.

Compassion - Be kind and open to the perspectives and feelings of others to build a more respectful and welcoming culture.

Character - Do the right thing even when no one is watching, guided by strong moral and ethical integrity.
