Today, in celebration of National School Counselor’s Week, we highlight our Suffern High School Guidance Counselors for their commitment to our students as they climb from 9th to 12th grade.
“As high school counselors we work very hard to help each student create their own individual path towards graduation,” says Sarah Kern, Department Chair. “Throughout the four years, we lead kids in activities that promote self-awareness and help them make the transition to the post-HS world, whether that be college, career or military.”
From orientations to scheduling to applying for college or planning a career, these seven individuals are always here to help! Today and every day, thank you to Ann Marie Casarella, Marissa Guijarro, Sarah Kern, Janet Leale, Meredith Reddy, Rob Schelling and Shelley Stephenson.
