Speaking To Items On The Agenda

If a citizen wishes to speak to an item on the agenda, the Board President or the Superintendent should be notified at the beginning of the meeting whenever possible. However, any citizen may give his or her viewpoint on any matter under consideration by seeking recognition from the President before a vote is called.

Speaking To An Item Not On The Agenda

The Board President may grant permission for a citizen to speak to an item not on the agenda during the public comment portion of a regular meeting. No action will be taken on the item until the next regular meeting.
