SHS Child Center is a developmental preschool for children ages 3-4 years old. Your child must live in the Suffern Central School District and be potty trained to be eligible to attend this program.

At SHS Child Center, we offer a hands-on curriculum taught by high school students, under the supervision of a certified Family and Consumer Science Educator. Children in this program receive plenty of one on one attention to help prepare them for kindergarten. The program runs according to the high school schedule. Parents must be flexible as meeting times vary from day to day. Once a child is accepted into the program, parents will receive a calendar with all the meeting dates and times for the semester.

The cost is $75 a semester, due on the first day of preschool.
