On behalf of the entire school community, I’d like to welcome you to Cherry Lane Elementary, Home of the Terrific Tigers! It is a privilege and an honor to be the Principal of this extraordinary learning community. Together, as a school and community, we have always prided ourselves in providing an academically rigorous, supportive, nurturing, and loving environment for our students.

Cherry Lane Elementary has a rich history of academic and cultural excellence that is a result of a shared partnership between the school faculty, parents, and community members who have worked together to provide a diverse set of experiences for our students. We believe at Cherry Lane that mistakes are a part of the learning process, and we value the “Process of Learning” over the “Product”. 

I invite you to come and visit Cherry Lane and to see for yourself the “terrific” things that are taking place at our school. Cherry Lane was named a National Blue ribbon School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education in September of 2013.
