    ATTENTION MOUNTIES:

    Online registration for FALL 2024 sports will be open beginning July 26 for High School sports and August 10 for Middle school sports.  

    HIGH SCHOOL FALL 2024: Sports Season begins on August 24 for HS Football and August 26 for all other high school sports.

    MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL 2024: Sports Season begins on September 4 for MOD Football and September 9 for all other middle school sports.

    Fall sports include Field Hockey, Football, Boys & Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Boys & Girls Cross Country, Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis, Cheerleading.

    All athletes MUST  have a current certified physical on file in the nurse’s office or submit a more recent one.  Physical forms can be uploaded into the online sports registration packet.

     

    For High School sports - Physicals dated August 1, 2023, or later are acceptable. 

    For Middle School sports - Physicals dated September 1, 2023 or later are acceptable.

     

    All vaccines need to be up to date, including the required meningococcal vaccine for 7th and 12th grade students in order to participate. 

     

    * Middle School athletes trying out for a high school sport are still required to have a current physical that was done within the last school year or more recently.

    High School Nurse’s Office hours for Athletic sports clearance:

     

    Friday               August 16     9am to 12pm

    Monday          August 19     9am to 12pm

    Tuesday             August 20     7:30am to 12pm

    Wednesday        August 21     9am to 12pm

    Thursday   August 22     9am to 12pm

    Friday                 August 23     7:30am to 12pm

    Saturday   August 24     9am to 11:00am (first day of HS football)

    Monday   August 26     7am to 12pm (first day of HS sports)

    Tuesday   August 27 7:30am to 12pm

    Wednesday       August 28      9am to 12pm

     

    For those athletes in need of a physical, the school health practitioner will be available on the following dates at the High School:

     

    Tuesday    August 20      8:00am

    Friday     August 23       8:00am

    Tuesday    August 27      8:00am

     

    Athletes should arrive at the HS at 7:30am.

    Students will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

    The certification program will OPEN for High School sports on July 26, 2024

     

    The physician is scheduled to be here on those 3 dates however, it is STRONGLY suggested that students provide their own physicals from their private physician.

     

    FALL SPORTS PHYSICAL INFORMATION FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL  ATHLETES

     

    For those athletes in need of a physical, the school health practitioner will be available on the following dates at the Middle School:

     

    Friday     August 23        

    Tuesday   August 27       


    The physicians will be at the MS after the HS examinations
