Research shows attending playgroups benefit both children and their parents. It supports children's social development, eases the transition to school, and improves overall health. Not to mention - it's fun! As parents, you will see how your child interacts with others while giving you the comfort that your child will enter a classroom feeling confident and ready.
Suffern Central School District is happy to host playgroups in our elementary buildings with our Family Resource Center Coordinators. Below is a list of current groups. Please note: any family in the District can attend any playgroup, regardless of school.
