Facility Use Requests

  • The use of our buildings and grounds facilities are often available for use to Resident not-for-profit organizations to hold social, cultural, educational and recreational activities. A Resident not-for-profit organization is defined as an organization where the majority of members reside within the Suffern Central School District. All applicants must also meet the insurance requirements (linked here) and follow the board policy as outlined here.

    The District will now be using an online system for facility requests. Please see below to learn how to register for an account and submit a request online. 

Register for an Account

  • All facility use requests are completed online. To make a request, a user account must first be created. To do so, click the register icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click submit. If your registration was successful, you will receive an email confirmation. For more information, please refer to the video and Quick Start Guide below.

Log-in and Reserve

  • Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the log-in icon below. There is also a video and Quick Start Guide to further help you in the reservation process.
